She also developed and maintained full Health, Safety and Environment (HSE)systems in industrial and municipal environments, led investigations, managed training programs, and ensured regulatory compliance across diverse workplaces.

Tanya stated: “I am excited to bring my experience in Health and Safety to the new role of Safety and Training Coordinator; where I am able to collaborate with the team members across the division to expand the ongoing work to build robust Safety and Training Programs,”

“The in-depth processes of building these types of programs allows for ongoing championship to build a culture that is both physically and psychologically healthy and safe for our team members, students, and visitors,” she added.
