Sun West is very excited to provide staff with access to the Not Myself Today program developed by the Canadian Mental Heath Association. Click here for more information.

Sun West has sent an access code to all employees so they can access the resources of this program online.

Sun West understands that this has been a long year and we recognize the importance of mental health and have purchased this program as a resource for all employees.

Not Myself Today is an evidence-based solution - offered by CMHA- that helps employers transform mental health at work.

This initiative helps companies engage employees to:

• Build greater awareness and understanding of mental health
• Reduce stigma
• Foster safe and supportive cultures

We all have mental health and we need to take care of it.

Sun West will be implementing a number of the activities and modules at staff meetings and in other ways.
