Casual / Substitute Employment

Sun West School Division has 40 schools; 14 K to 12 Schools, 7 Elementary Schools, 3 High Schools and 16 Hutterite Colony Schools.   We have a vibrant, committed team consisting of approximately 800 employees who work together to ensure the success in the education of our 4,400 students.   We are looking for individuals to join our team of professionals who are cultivating learning in rural Saskatchewan.

Applications for casual / substitute positions will be accepted throughout the year. Processing of applications is done based on school needs and in the order in which they are received. Once your application has been approved you will receive a letter, detailing the documents you will be required to submit  prior to your placement on an approved casual / substitute list and prior to your placement in a school.

The submission of these documents is not required until you have received a letter of approval. You are not eligible for employment until your name has been placed on the appropriate casual / substitute list.
