The Sun West School Division is governed by a Board of Education comprised of ten members. Board members are elected to serve three-year terms and represent six rural sub-divisions, two urban sub-divisions (the towns of Outlook and Rosetown) with two additional members representing the Town of Kindersley. The Board of Education usually meets on the fourth Tuesday of every month. Meetings are normally held at the Division office at 501 First Street West in Rosetown. Meetings usually commence at 9:00 am and the public is encouraged to attend.
