The Sun West School Division holds an annual electors' meeting each spring. Annual meetings include a financial review and reports from the Board Chair and the Director of Education.

The most recent meeting was held April 27, 2010. Minutes from this meeting will not be posted until they are accepted at the 2010 annual meeting. Annual Reports and approved minutes from previous years, however, are posted to the right.
